Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory (1 Peter 1:8).
Our spirit-filled life is one of indescribable joy, irrespective of circumstances. The Word declares, “The kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit” (Romans 14:17).
It’s one of the reasons God tells us to be constantly filled with the Spirit: “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit” (Ephesians 5:18). Imagine if every member of the church is filled with the Spirit, and not with doubt and fear. Then you’d understand what true Christianity is; it’s a life of joy.
Imagine everyone coming into the church meetings singing and praising God with joy and carrying that same atmosphere everywhere. That’s how it ought to be. When you’re filled with the Spirit, your joy overflows.
The Bible says the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Your spirit will continually be energized for victory and success when you’re full of joy. Joy is an elixir. Moreover, the Bible says in Isaiah 12:3, “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”
So, in spite of the things happening in the world today, be full of joy every day, and express it in the liberty of the spirit.
Dear Father, thank you for the blessing of being continually filled with the Spirit for an all-day, all-time life of victory and dominion! I’m forever joyful, jubilant, triumphant and delighted in the Spirit for a life of peace and joy in the Holy Ghost! To you be all glory and dominion forever, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Psalm 5:11 – But let all those who take refuge and put their trust in You rejoice; let them ever sing and shout for joy, because You make a covering over them and defend them; let those also who love Your name be joyful in You and be in high spirits.
Philippians 4:4 – Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, gladden yourselves in Him]; again I say, Rejoice!
1 Thessalonians 5:16 – Be happy [in your faith] and rejoice and be glad-hearted continually (always);

PRAYER OF SALVATION
We trust you have been blessed by this devotional. We invite you to make Jesus Christ the Lord of your life by praying thus
O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. I believe He died for me and God raised Him from the dead. I believe He’s alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His Name, I have eternal life; I’m born again. Thank you Lord, for saving my soul! I’m now a child of God. Hallelujah!
Congratulations! You are now a child of God.
Nothing happens in your life except that which you’ve voiced with your mouth. Your prosperity, health, success, victory, progress, and promotion in life are the result of what you say with your mouth.

Confessions for Today!!!
Jesus died that I may have life to the full; He was buried and raised for my justification. Thus, I live the beautiful life that Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection consummated for me. I am a new creation with the very life of God surging through my being; I never get sick. I prosper in my life and health, even as my soul prospers. I live unto righteousness, for I am dead to sin and its wages. Eternal life is at work in me, and every part of my being is inundated with the life of God. The result of this life is undeniable, inevitable, and evidential for all to see. I refuse to succumb to the rudiments of this world; the corruption and destructive influences of this present world of darkness. The life of God shines in and through me, dispelling every force and negative impact of darkness around me in the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.
